国際交流委員会からのお知らせ（第5回Global International Studiesの報告者の募集）
WISC（World International Studies Committee）から、2017年4月1日～3日に開催予定の、第五回Global International Studies Conference、「激動の時代の国境を越えた対話 ―グローバルな課題への対応」のご案内が届いております。ご関心のある会員は、下記の案内文をご参照の上で、各自で応募頂けますようお願い致します。
The “Call for Sections, Panels and Papers” for WISC’s 5th Global International Studies Conference has just been issued (see website and attachment). The Conference with the theme “Dialogue Across Borders in Turbulent Times: Addressing Global Challenges” will take place from 1-3 April 2017 at National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan. We are grateful to our colleagues from the Taiwanese Association of International Studies (TAIR) and the Department of Political Science at NTU for hosting WISC’s 5th global conference. Special thanks also to the members of the Program Committee (Profs. Esra Cuhadar, Roberto Dominguez and Felix Roesch).
At this point we are particularly keen to invite submissions for sections (see the “Call” for details).
The deadlines are as follows:
- 1 April 2016: Deadline for submissions of sections
- 16 May 2016: Deadline for submissions of panels, roundtables, and papers
- 1 October 2016: Latest date for communicating acceptance / rejection decisions
- 1-3 April 2017: 5th Global International Studies Conference, Taipei
A limited number of travel grants will be available. Rules from earlier WISC events apply.
