Subject: Edinburgh Global Japan Earthquake 2011 Masters Scholarships
Dear colleagues,
The University has decided to set up a scholarship scheme to assist Masters applicants from the worst hit areas of Japan affected by the recent earthquake and tsunami.
Further details on these 6 scholarships for 2011-2012, each with a value of ￡10,000, can be found at: www.ed.ac.uk/student-funding/japan
Please can colleagues within the Colleges ensure that School staff are informed of these new awards, in particular those with responsibility for international recruitment.
The deadline for scholarship applications is 1 June 2011.
