Download the membership application form (PDF file) from the link below. When filling it out, note the following.

  1. Read the “Guide for Membership Application” carefully.
  2. Print and fill out the “Membership Application Form to the Japan Association of International Relations” without omission, referring to the “Table of Study Field Code,” and submit it following the guidance in the “Guide for Membership Application.”
  3. When filling out the membership application form, we ask you to include personal information such as date of birth. This is because some membership rights, such as the acquisition of voting rights and eligibility for election to the Advisory Board, depend on the age of the member. We would like to ask for your kind understanding.

Withdrawal Notice

If you wish to withdraw from the Association, download the withdrawal notice form from the link below, fill it out, seal it and send it to the Association’s secretariat (Hitotsubashi University). Note that an e-mail indicating your intention to withdraw does not complete the withdrawal procedure. We would like to ask for your cooperation on this matter to avoid any misunderstandings concerning membership fees.
